Yerevan /Mediamax/. Vice-Prime Minister of Armenia, Minister of Territorial Administration Armen Gevorgyan filed a request on resignation.

Prime Minister Hovik Abrahamyan said this during the governmental session today.

The PM thanked Armen Gevorgyan for the joint work. Hovik Abrahamyan noted that Armen Gevorgyan is willing to continue his activities in the private sector.

Armen Gevorgyan has worked in the Armenian state administration system since 1997. He has held the posts of Assistant to Armenian Prime Minister, Assistant to the Armenian President, First Assistant to the Armenian President, Chief of the Armenian President’s Staff, Secretary of National Security Council of Armenia, Minister of Territorial Administration and Deputy Prime Minister.
