NASDAQ OMX Armenia has organized a seminar and workshop for current and potential issuers on the Corporate Governance Code of the Republic of Armenia and draft of its annual statement. During the event, provisions of the Corporate Governance Code and annual statement were discussed with participants in the context of their own businesses.

NASDAQ OMX Armenia will continue its efforts to promote awareness of corporate governance principles in Armenia, including cooperation with all stakeholders and interested companies, the stock exchange informs.
