“Kamurj” UCO CJSC announces that the bonds with a total value of AMD 1,000,000,000 were fully allocated on the opening day of the auction, held on February 3, 2026, on the Armenian Stock Exchange.

The bond prospectus was registered by Decision No. N 1/8 A of the Chairman of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia dated January 7, 2026.
