“Kamurj” Universal Credit Organization CJSC announces the issuance of nominal, coupon-bearing, dematerialized, non-convertible bonds with a total volume of AMD 1,000,000,000. The bonds offer a fixed annual coupon rate of 12.5%, paid quarterly.

“Kamurj” UCO reported that within the framework of the issuance, 20,000 bonds will be placed, each with a nominal value of AMD 50,000. The placement period is from February 3, 2026 to February 23, 2026. The placement will be carried out through “Dimension” CJSC, where investors may purchase the bonds.

The Bond Prospectus was registered by Decision No. N 1/8 A of the Chairman of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia dated January 7, 2026.
