In the period from 30 September to 28 February 2026, Armeconombank will distribute the subsequent tranches of AMD bonds issued by it.

The bank reported that the total volume of AMD bonds amounts to AMD 3.0bn, which includes 300,000 units of nominal, non-documentary coupon bonds with a nominal value of AMD 10,000. The annual coupon yield of bonds is 10.50%, the circulation period is 36 months. The payment of coupon income will be made in semi-annual intervals. The date for repaying the bonds is 30.09.2028.

After the completion of the placement, the bonds will be submitted to listing on Armenia Stock Exchange OJSC and will have a market maker.

The electronic versions of the Program Prospectus (registered by RA CB) and electronic version of the final terms of issue can be downloaded from the Bank’s website, and the paper version can be obtained by visiting the Head Office of ARMECONOMBANK OJSC, address: 23/1 Amiryan Str., Yerevan).
Bonds can be purchased by individuals and legal entities by applying to the Head Office or any of the branches of ARMECONOMBANK OJSC.

The bank reminds that coupon income paid on bonds listed on the Armenian Stock Exchange OJSC until 31 December 2027 is not subject to taxation.

In accordance with the RA Law “On Guaranteeing the Compensation of Bank Deposits of Natural Persons”, funds attracted by nominal coupon bonds issued by the bank are considered a guaranteed bank deposit and are guaranteed by the Deposit Guarantee Fund.
