On February 10, FINCA UCO CJSC will issue and place AMD denominated coupon bonds.

In total, 140,000 nominal coupon bonds with the volume of AMD 1,400,000,000 will be placed. The face value of one coupon bond is AMD 10,000, the coupon rate is 12%, the payment frequency is semi-annual and the maturity is 36 months.

The underwriter of the placement is ARARATBANK. Bonds placement will take place in Armenia Securities Exchange through a one-time auction. Corporate coupon bonds are exempt from 10% income tax.
