The premium Pullman brand of the French Accor hotel group, together with Technotun, hosted partners and media representatives at the opening of the Pullman Living and Residences Yerevan premium showroom on December 13, 2025.

The showroom opening allowed guests not only to explore the residential spaces, but also to experience the Pullman philosophy firsthand – defined by high-quality materials, European design, calm color palettes, and a carefully curated atmosphere. The venue and timing of the event were carefully selected to allow guests to fully appreciate the advantages of the complex’s elevated location while enjoying sunset views.

The organizers of the event emphasized that this is the first time in Yerevan that international hotel standards are being introduced in a residential complex format. By transferring its global hospitality expertise to the residential sector, Pullman brings the experience and energy of major world cities Paris, London, Dubai, and Singapore to Yerevan. As a result, a new model of high-end urban living is taking shape in the capital, embodied in a residential complex developed in accordance with international hotel service standards.

Pullman Living and Residences Yerevan spans approximately 20,000 square meters, with only 20 percent of the area allocated to buildings, while the remainder is dedicated to green spaces and recreational infrastructure. The project is currently in an active construction phase, with 15 above-ground floors already completed.

Aaron Libinson

Aaron Libinson, Vice President of Operations for Accor in Georgia and the CIS, introduced future residents and guests to the history of the Pullman brand, noting that in the 19th century George Pullman pioneered the concept of the luxury railway carriage, which eventually became a symbol of comfort and premium travel.

“The Pullman name represents an entire era in the hospitality industry. For Accor, Pullman holds a special place, even within a portfolio of nearly forty internationally recognized brands, including Raffles, Fairmont, and the ibis brand already operating in Yerevan.

Pullman stands apart for its historical legacy and its influence on the evolution of the industry. I am proud that this exceptional project is being realized in Yerevan under the Pullman name, bringing together a hotel and branded residences while setting new benchmarks for both living and hospitality, in terms of quality and architectural expression,” said Aaron Libinson.

The Accor representative also expressed his appreciation to the team behind the project, emphasizing that a new urban landmark with panoramic views is taking shape: “This project is poised for strong success, and both investors and future residents will be able to fully benefit from the opportunities offered through the owners’ club and its exclusive privileges.”

He expressed confidence that projects of this scale have a significant impact on the country’s business culture and overall economic development.

“The integration of a high-end residential complex with hotel infrastructure reshapes perceptions of both travel and quality of life, offering services that meet international standards for business and leisure alike. In Armenia, developments of this kind raise expectations among travelers and contribute to the evolution of the urban hospitality landscape. The premium segment is steadily advancing toward a new qualitative level, where ownership is no longer defined solely by property, but by a sense of belonging to an international community, transforming luxury into a way of life,” Libinson noted.

During the event, future residents were presented with Accor Platinum status cards, granting access to a range of privileges and global travel opportunities. As part of the program, owners receive Platinum status in the Accor Live Limitless (ALL) loyalty program, VIP reservation services to assist with travel planning across Accor’s worldwide network of hotels and resorts, complimentary room upgrades at more than 5,700 hotels and resorts globally, a 20 percent discount on the best available rates at participating Accor properties worldwide, as well as additional on-site benefits and privileges.

As a result, becoming a resident of Pullman Living and Residences Yerevan represents not only a real estate investment, but also membership in Accor’s international community.
