On November 11, a new MAN Truck & Bus service center was inaugurated in Yerevan, combining European quality, safety, and technological innovation in truck maintenance and service. These factors played a decisive role in our decision to expand operations and invest in a modern, high-tech service center.” Image by: Mediamax Built with an investment of 4 million euros, the new center was designed in full compliance with German and international standards, becoming not only a state-of-the-art technical complex but also a regional innovation hub.The facility spans 13,000 square meters, including a 2,600-square-meter building area, and is equipped with cutting-edge machinery and tools imported from Germany, Italy, and other European countries. Image by: Mediamax According to Narek Sargsyan, the new center is designed to serve also local businesses and logistics companies, offering fast, high-quality, and efficient service:“The new center aims to provide maximum support to local businesses and logistics operators. It is equipped with modern tools and advanced technology, enabling quick and high-quality service that reduces repair time while enhancing vehicle safety and operational efficiency.” Armen Aslikyan Image by: Mediamax Armen Aslikyan, Spare Part and Warranty Manager, emphasized that the new service center is equipped with fully automated systems that ensure high precision, efficiency, and a safe working environment:“Our new service center operates with advanced, automated systems that guarantee precise and efficient service. The centralized oil distribution system provides accurate lubrication and streamlined maintenance, minimizing human error. The smoke exhaust system ensures effective removal of emissions, maintaining clean air and stable indoor temperatures. The center is also equipped with systems for exhaust pipe diagnostics and repair, wheel alignment correction, tire vulcanization, and balancing. In addition, brake testing and bridge vibration analysis systems are installed, allowing for precise detection of defects in running parts and suspension systems.”Also present at the opening ceremony was Mikael Lindner, Managing Director at MAN Middle East FZE, who emphasized that this investment marks an important step toward the region’s development. A team of 35 skilled specialists currently provides service at the center, and the company plans to expand its staff in the near future in response to the increasing volume of services.
