"The Armenian payment cards market is in the phase of impetuous development due to major competition of banks", noted Deputy General Director of the bank Ruben Khachatryan. He expressed the confidence that the service of non-cash payments will be developing rapidly in coming years.


"Competing with each other, Armenian banks constantly introduce new cards services. As to our bank, we were the first and the only among Armenian banks to be certified by Visa and MasterCard payment systems for acquiring on the internet with the support of Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode in Armenia. It gave a new opportunity of making e-payments in Armenian internet stores. In 2013, we will offer our customers several more interesting "plastic" projects", noted Ruben Khachatryan.
