Yerevan/Mediamax/. Armenian Minister of Finance Vache Gabrielyan stated today that he sees no real grounds for a new investigation with Ukraine within the framework of World Trade Organization (WTO).

Commenting on Mediamax’s request on the statement of the Ukrainian side, according to which Armenia continues violating WTO norms, introducing a license for vodka import at the price 2 times higher than the one for domestic production, Vache Gabrielyan stated that Armenia will continue negotiations with Ukraine to settle disputes around import taxation.

“There are goods, around import regulation of which the states can come to an agreement without interference, and I see no real grounds for a new investigation within the framework of WTO”,  Vache Gabrielyan stated.
