Yerevan/Mediamax/. Armenian government approved today a package of changes, facilitating the procedure of tax reporting. As the Armenian Minister of Finance Tigran Davtyan stated at the session, the changes will allow reducing the volume and the regularity of provision of tax reporting. In particular, the representatives of small and medium enterprise will get the chance to present quarterly tax reporting instead of monthly one.A draft law, providing for implementation of a system of licensed payments for individuals, whose annual turnover does not exceed 6mln AMD, will be presented to the consideration of the parliament. “These changes will allow us significantly facilitating the tax load for small and medium enterprise, stimulating entrepreneurship and improving the business climate in the country”, Armenian Minister of Finance stated. The government also approved today draft amendments and changes to the Tax Code of Armenia. As the First Deputy Head of the State Revenue Committee Armen Alaverdyan stated, the proposed changes provide for lifting the order of temporary import of cars for Armenian citizens. According to him, in the course of seven months of 2010, about 44 thousand passenger cars with temporary import tax registration entered the territory of Armenia. Armen Alaverdyan informed that according to the proposed changes, this order will have effect only on foreign citizens for the term of the entry visa. After approval of the changes, citizens of Armenia will have to undergo the procedure of tax registration of the imported car within 10 days. Tweet Views 14672
