Yerevan/Mediamax/. Manager of “Goris” branch of “Ardshininvestbank” registered fake credits on 95 individuals and 5 legal entities at the sum of 918 789 604 AMD in the period from 2006 to 2009.

Mediamax was informed in the press service of the Prosecutor General’s office that the preliminary investigation on this criminal case is already completed.

Credits were registered, issued and distributed by the branch manager, who used them for personal needs and for the activity of companies, in fact owned by him, and the remaining part was directed to repayment of fake credits and interest rates.

As a result, “Ardshininvestbank” was caused property damage at the sum of 693 808 812 AMD.

Basing on proofs gained during investigation, seven employees of “Goris” branch, including the Manager, the Chief Accountant, the Cashier, the employees of Credit and Accounting Departments are brought charges against.

The criminal case is sent to Syunik marz Court of First Instance.
