Yerevan /Mediamax/. Armenia’s population will make 3mln 18 thousand people in 2050, having reduced by 2.12%, as compared to the current index.

Mediamax reports on this referring the UN research. According to the document, Armenia’s population makes now 3mln 83 thousand people.

The population of Azerbaijan makes 8mln 832 thousand people now and, according to UN forecasts, will increase up to 10mln 579 thousands in 2050 (increase – 19.78%).

Turkey’s population now makes 74mln 816 thousand people and, according to UN forecasts, will increase up to 97mln 389 thousands in 2050 (increase – 30.17%).

Population of Georgia makes 4mln 260 thousand people now, and, according to UN forecasts, it will reduce to 3mln 267 thousand people in 2050 (decrease – 23.31%).
