Yerevan /Mediamax/. Board of Directors of “Ameriabank” CSJC will pay bonuses for the year 2008 to its employees.

As Mediamax was told in the press service of the bank, the decision is made taking into account the “unprecedented speeds of growth of certain indices in the bank’s activity last year”, and the adherence to the staff policy of the bank’s strategic partner – “Troika Dialogue” Group.

“Ameriabank” has elaborated and implemented a new system of personnel work evaluation, according to which each employee is evaluated individually.
