Yerevan /Mediamax/. “Inecobank” ranked 36th in the list of top 100 microfinance institutions throughout developing world, according to MIX (Microfinance Exchange) 2008 composite rankings.

As Mediamax was told in Marketing Department of “Inecobank”, the research was realized basing on the following measures: profitability, efficiency, outreach and transparency.

“We consider this as an achievement for the bank, which is a result of the bank’s effective and flexible management and development oriented strong business strategy”, the statement reads.

In the end of 2008, “Inecobank” started the implementation of the Microfinance Development Project, which, according to the bank’s representatives, “will enhance our commitment towards developing the microfinance sector in Armenia”.
