By the decision of the “Telcell” company’s board of directors, Artyom Ghazaryan was appointed CEO of the company. Prior to this, he held the position of Commercial Director of the company.

Artyom Ghazaryan was born in 1979 in the city of Gyumri.

1997-2003 studied at Yerevan State University and received a master’s degree.

2003-2006 studied at the post-graduate course of the National Academy of Sciences, receiving a scientific degree of Candidate of Sciences.
2003-2006 worked in “Shant” TV company as head of the program department.

2008-2010 worked in “ArmenTel” company as a marketing specialist.

2010-2022 held various positions in “ACBA” bank, including the position of head of the marketing department.

In September 2022 joined the “Telcell” team.

Artyom Ghazaryan underwent professional retraining in the USA, Great Britain, Austria, Italy and Georgia.

After rebranding in 2023, "Telcell" company is positioned as the payment and settlement national operator of Armenia and is considered one of the leaders in this field. There are various products for businesses and users in the ecosystem of "Telcell", among which the most important place is occupied by Telcell Wallet - one of the most downloaded applications in Armenia at the moment. In Telcell Wallet, everyone can purchase tickets for different events and use more than 600 services. Currently, the company has over 4500 terminals and more than 4000 partners in its ecosystem.
