Converse Bank has expanded the list of mortgage loans by starting the financing of energy efficient renovations within the scope of the government support program.

The bank said in a news release that it offers loans of up to AMD 10 mln for 7-year period under the program.

“The government will subsidize the interest rate totally in border settlements and partially elsewhere in Armenia.

The bank will apply no processing, origination, servicing and other fees or early repayment charges. The bank will execute the insurance of the pledged real estate to the amount of the outstanding loans,” the news release reads.
