The Armenian government has imposed a temporary ban on the import of final consumer goods of Turkish origin.

The ban will take effect on December 31, 2020.

“The restriction on import of Turkish goods implies primarily a security component, taking into account the repeatedly confirmed facts of Turkey’s open support for military and terrorist operations Azerbaijan has unleashed against the Artsakh Republic.
