Yerevan /Mediamax/. Armenian government charged today the Minister of Energy with submitting to the consideration of “ArmRosGazprom” CJSC Board a proposal on additional emission of shares and increase of the authorized capital stock of the Company by means of placing them in favor of the state.

As Mediamax was told in the press service of the Armenian government, the Minister of Finance and Economy, the Minister of Energy, as well as the Mayor of Yerevan are charged with presenting to the government in the course of a month a joint proposal on covering “ArmRosGazprom” shares, purchased by the state, by non-financial means.

According to the decision made, it is proposed to make the payment by means of handing over to “ArmRosGazprom” Company heat supply objects and territories, occupied by them, which are at the disposal of the apparatus of Yerevan City Administration.
