The opening of IDBank’s Ejmiatsin branch on 16 Khorenatsi str. has taken place.

“It is one of the bank’s innovative, modern-style branches.  All the conditions here are made to provide customers with high quality service, while the innovative environment and technology solutions will make the visit to the bank more enjoyable,” the statement reads.

Representatives of the Central Bank of Armenia, Chairman of the Council of IDBank Vartan Dilanyan, Board members and members of the Council, businessmen and customers were present at the opening ceremony.

According to IDBank Chairman of the Management Board Mher Abrahamyan, IDBank is going to open and reopen at least two other branches this year.

“Reopening of the Ejmiatsin branch aims to promote our presence in this region and offer customers new quality service in innovative, more comfortable conditions. Emphasizing the importance of customer convenience and satisfaction, we have already launched the improved Online-Banking (IDBanking) system. It gives an opportunity to use a wide range of modernized services in the most convenient way and make transactions without visiting the bank,” said Mher Abrahamyan and promised that the bank will come up with other innovations soon.

Ejmiatsin branch also has IDBanking 24/7 service zone, which allows seven days a week, 24 hours a day, to use more than 200 services: cash in /out, replenishment of accounts, utility payments, etc.

IDBank has 13 branches operating in Yerevan, Gyumri, Vanadzor, Ejmiatsin, Abovyan and Gavar.
