Armenia International Airports will invest AMD 1.5 billion to completely renew the apron of Gyumri airport.

The apron of the airport has a surface of about 22,000 sq m and has not been renovated since 1986.

“The apron will be brought to all the international standards and will become an additional stimulus for attracting new air companies,” the statement reads.

The company plans to renovate 17,000 sq m before 2020.
