Yerevan, July 12 /Mediamax/. General Director of VivaCell mobile operator Ralph Yirikian stated in Yerevan today that “ArmenTel” Company “implements new services only after we do so”.

Answering Mediamax’s question today, Ralph Yirikian stated that after the change of its owner, “ArmenTel” somewhat stirred up its activity, however, VivaCell keeps to a more aggressive strategy on the market.

According to Yirikian, while VivaCell works on the services of the third generation, “ArmenTel” only concludes the work on its services of second generation.
