Yerevan, June 21 /Mediamax/. The Armenian Central Bank published the indices of the business-atmosphere, economic activity and consumer confidence for the second quarter of 2007. As Mediamax was in the CB press service, in the second quarter the index of the business-atmosphere made 56,6, the index of the economic activity - 69,4, and the index of consumer confidence - 52,7. The indices are calculated by means of a survey, which is carried out with the participation of 824 organizations in the sphere of industry, construction and services, as well as among the 2621 households in Yerevan and the regions of the republic. If the index exceeds the point of 50, the activity is high, if the index is below 50, the activity is considered to be low, 50 - standing state. The ratio balance of the responses with the corresponding indices of the basis period allow getting the final indices, which, in the second quarter of 2007, as compared to the first quarter, make 98,0% - the index of the business-atmosphere, 97,5% - economic activity, 97,6% - consumer confidence. In the first quarter of 2007, the business-atmosphere index made 57,8, the economic activity – 71,2, the consumer confidence index – 54,0. Tweet Views 7127
