On December 1 of 2017 Evocabank is launching EvocaLAB professional development program, which will continue till February 28 of 2018.

Acting Head of Evecobank Human Resource Management Division Armine Aghababyan told Banks.am that the purpose of the program is to allow recent graduates and second-year graduate students to familiarize themselves with the banking system, acquire practical knowledge and skills and take an advantage of career opportunity at Evocabank.

Eligible applicants are graduates 2017 with high academic performance having majored in math or economics and second-year graduate students.

At the first phase of selection process we will choose the graduates who have had the highest academic achievements, while during the next phase the applicants will undertake tests in mathematics, logic and economics. Based on test outcomes, 15-20 participants will be selected to take part in EvocaLAB program.

With consideration of participants’ proactive attitude and final testing outcomes, those having the highest scores will have an opportunity of being hired by the bank. In the event of vacancies, the bank will first consider the applications of the program graduates. All program participants will get graduate certificates. Twenty people from the previous program graduates are now employed by Evocabank.

The deadline for program applications is November 30 of 2017.
