Yerevan, May 2 /Mediamax/. On May 3 of 2007, “Ararat Bank” will start issuing corporate bonds. As Mediamax was told in the Dealing Center of “Ararat Bank” today, the volume of the issue of the first tranche of the registered coupon bonds will make 250mln AMD, with the quantity of 25 thousands, each bond with a nominal price of 10 thousand AMD and 8% annual yield.

“The given bonds are a new instrument on the financial market of the country and a suitable mechanism for attracting short-term funds”, the bank stated.

The term for placement of bonds will last till May 10 of 2007; the applications for purchasing them can be received both from individuals and legal entities.
