Polymetal considers Armenia a “strategic region”.

CEO of the company Vitaly Nesis said this in an interview with Kommersant, commenting on the recent acquisition of gold deposit in Kapan.

“Armenia is a strategic region for us: we see a great geological and business perspective in the country, so the Kapan deal is not random”, said Vitaly Nesis.

He did not rule out the possibility of investing in new projects in Armenia, saying, “everything is possible”.
