Kamurj UCO CJSC has launched new Call Center.

The company noted that the center will allow the customers to get full information with one call to the company’s number- 011 27 00 00.

“We have always highlighted the importance of introducing new technologies into our service system. The new call center will allow us to optimize the customer relationship management process and improve customer needs satisfaction mechanisms”, said Armen Arevyan, the Head of Marketing, PR & Advertisement Department.

According to him, the call center will also carry out monitoring of customer needs satisfaction for all the customers of company.
