Yerevan, September 11 /Mediamax/. The negotiations on purchasing 30% shares of the “VTB-Armenia” bank by the “Sil Concern” Company are still in process at present.

Mediamax was told about this by the founder of the “Sil Concern”, Armenian MP Khachatur Sukiasian. According to him, the negotiations will last at least 15 more days. At present the examination of the documents is being carried out, Khachatur Sukiasian stated.

The President of the “Mika Limited” Company Mikhail Bagdasarov stated August 31 in an interview to Mediamax that if the Russian “Vneshtorgbank”, to which an official notification about the decision to sell the 30% share was sent, refuses to buy the package, it will be sold to a third party. “It is a well-known Armenian organization, which has serious experience in the banking sphere”, Mikhail Bagdasarov was saying.

“Sil Concern” is the owner of the 50. 6% shares of “Armeconombank”.
