Tinkoff Bank has introduced Oleg, the world’s first voice assistant in sectors of finances and lifestyle. Oleg’s mission is to help customers solve issues within Tinkoff ecosystem, facilitate their lives and become a friend, which will always be by their side. According to the bank’s press service, Oleg is a man aged 25-40 “living” in Tinkoff mobile app. The voice assistant will identify and interpret the user’s requests, ask clarifying questions, fulfill tasks and talk about various topics.
