11th issue of corporate bonds by National Mortgage Company was placed at NASDAQ OMX Armenia.

As NASDAQ OMX Armenia press service reports, on June 24, the company submitted for placement 120,000 coupon bonds to the tune of AMD 1,200,000,000, with nominal value of AMD 10,000, coupon yield of 12% and maturity period of 60 months.

In total, the purchase orders for the bonds made up AMD 2,597,801,450. The bonds were fully placed as a result of which the Issuer has attracted AMD 1,207,800,730 from placement. The cut price of the bonds was AMD 10,000.08, weighted average yield was 11.824% and the cut yield stood at 11.9998%.

Currently four issues of corporate bonds by NMC are admitted to trading and are circulated in the free market of NASDAQ OMX Armenia’s corporate bonds.
