Dimension CJSC is the underwriter of “Fast Bank” CJSC’s AMD denominated 11% fixed-rate coupon bonds.

The terms of the AMD bonds are the following:
 
•    The annual coupon rate of the bonds: 11%
•    Volume of the placement: AMD 2,000,000,000
•    Nominal value of one bond: AMD 100,000
•    Coupon frequency: quarterly
•    Maturity period: 30 months
•    Maturity date: 19.10.2026  
•    The placement takes place between April 19, 2024 and June 7, 2024.

“The placement of this tranche begins immediately after the completion of the placement of the previous tranche of bonds totaling 3 billion AMD, which indicates the attractiveness of the bonds and strong interest among market participants,” Dimension CJSC said in a news release.

The interest income from listed bonds in the Republic of Armenia is exempt from income tax and non-resident profit tax.

The funds invested in bonds issued by the bank are considered guaranteed bank deposits and guaranteed by the Deposit Guarantee Fund for the amounts stipulated by Armenia’s legislation.
