Armswissbank informs about starting the placement of 3 coupon bonds from 1-st of June, 2023.

The bonds will be issued in AMD (with nominal value of AMD 50,000), in USD (with nominal value of USD 100) and in EUR (with nominal value of EUR 100) with 4 year maturities.

The coupon yield is 11.75% per annum for bonds denominated in AMD, 6.00% per annum for bonds denominated in USD and 4.50% per annum for bonds denominated in Euro with payments in semi-annual basis.

 “It is noteworthy, that for individual investors no income tax will be applied on subscribed bonds” said at the Bank.

Total volume of issued bonds is accordingly AMD 10 billion, USD 10 million and EUR 10 million. In first phase from the total volume of issuance would be placed AMD 6 billion, USD 6 million and EUR 10 million.

Bonds will be placed via open subscription. Applications for subscription will be accepted starting from 01.06.2023 10:00 till 31.07.2023 16:30.

At the same time, it’s worth to mention that Armswissbank has successfully placed 15 bond issuances with total raised funds of AMD 28 billion, USD 51 million and EUR 23 million. Currently the Bank has 9 active issues, which are listed on the Stock Exchange of Armenia.

For assuring liquidity of the bonds, including the new issuances, Armswissbank uses the services of market maker providing bilateral quotation of bonds in the trading sessions of the Stock Exchange.
