On February 11, 2015 European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) placed its third issue of Armenian Dram (AMD) denominated bonds (EBRDB3) via an auction that took place at NASDAQ Armenia.

Bonds for a total amount of AMD 2 billion were placed successfully through the stock exchange mechanism. The total amount of bids amounted to AMD 2.792 billion and the cut-off rate set during the auction was 14.5%. Placement was organized by Ameriabank CJSC, with the total number of bidder market participants being 4.

To recall, the second issue of AMD denominated bonds by EBRD is listed on Bonds’ Main list (Abond) of NASDAQ Armenia.

The EBRD’s bonds comprising of 200,000 coupon bonds with nominal value of AMD 10,000, coupon rate of 17%, maturity period of 6 months will be traded under EBRDB2 ticker symbol and allowed to manual and REPO trading as well.

EBRDB2 will be redeemed on July 30, 2015, while the first issue of bonds (EBRDB1) has already been redeemed.
