From now on, FINCA Armenia will present itself with a new symbol, named Rolly. Rolly envisions being a caring, stable, and reliable partner for every client in financial services.The launch of the new symbol took place on December 16, during an event organized to celebrate the 25th anniversary of FINCA's activity in Armenia. Rolly is a toy that, under the influence of external factors, oscillates in different directions but eventually stabilizes and restores its position. Many of our clients find themselves in such unstable situations, experiencing fluctuations at different stages of life, losing their financial stability and ending up in desperate situations. The role of FINCA is to be next to its clients in such situations, offering support and bringing stability during financial fluctuations. The organization will launch the "FINCA" mobile application, providing maximum convenience, speed, and quality service for customers."During the previous 25 years, FINCA has primarily provided financial services in a traditional way, with limited use of digital technologies. However, in today's landscape, digital technologies are integral to various sectors of the economy, including the financial services sector. Therefore, our overarching goal in 2024 is to introduce an online lending system. The initiative is underway, and within a few weeks, we will have a new platform for automatic decision-making through the digital lending scoring system," said Vardan Haroyan, Chief Operating Officer of FINCA Armenia. "Our customers also contribute to the development of our products. We value their opinions highly and develop numerous services and products based on customer feedback." FINCA Armenia's digital transformation, including the new mobile banking application, will be available after the New Year."Our customers will have the opportunity to use FINCA from home, office, or car, using a mobile phone. They will have their own accounts, be able to apply for a loan, and conduct business more conveniently. Our goal is to make doing business easy and comfortable for customers. We focus on assisting low-income individuals, so it is crucial to help them increase their income, assets, and create jobs.
