Yerevan/Mediamax/. Byblos Bank Armenia has launched «Your new house» mortgage loans campaign, which will last till March 31.

In the framework of the campaign bank enables the clients to purchase a house or an apartment with the following conditions: 0% file fee, 20% down payment, 11% fixed interest rate,  15 years tenor, the bank informs.

Starting from April 1 Byblos Bank Armenia will continue the usual offer with 0.5%file fee and down payment starting from 30%.
