Yerevan/Mediamax/. Starting May 11, 2011, common nominal stocks issued by «Artsakh HPP» OJSC will be listed on «B» market of NASDAQ OMX Armenia. A total of 1,400,000 stocks of the company with nominal value of AMD 1,000 were listed.

Thus, 7,362,074 stocks of «Artsakh HPP» will be outstanding in the market, Mediamax was told at NASDAQ OMX Armenia press-service.

"Artsakh HPP" OJSC is a major power production company in Nagorno-Karabakh Republic (NKR), which currently satisfies around 50% of NKR's total electricity needs. The company operates Sarsang hydropower plant, the largest in NKR, which has an average annual output of 90-140 mln kWh.

The first public offering of «Artsakh HPP» took place in spring, 2009. Then, 905.14mln was placed from the total volume of the issue, which make 3.45bln AMD.

The second issue of “Artsakh HPP” OJSC at the sum of 1.554bln AMD (1.4mln ordinary nominal shares) is fully placed. 122 investors participated in the free subscription for purchase of shares, which was taking place on December 2-22, purchasing shares at the volume of 1mln 439.5mln AMD at the price of 1110 AMD per share.
