Yerevan /Mediamax/. “Unibank” presented a new mortgage lending program for purchasing apartments in ready new buildings of Yerevan.

Mediamax was informed in the press service of the bank that the minimum prepayment for loans makes 30%, the annual interest rate – 14%, the term – 15 years, maximum loan sum - $200 thousands. Loans are provided in USD. No fines are established for preterm repayment of the loan.

As of the end of the III quarter, 2009, “Unibank” mortgage portfolio exceeded 12.7bln AMD, and the bank occupies the second place in Armenian banking system as to this index.
