Yerevan /Mediamax/. Session of the heads of state bodies, regulating the securities markets of CIS participant-states, was launched in Yerevan today.

As Mediamax was told in the press service of the CB, the members of the Council, which has been headed by the Chairman of the Central Bank of Armenia Artur Javadyan since 2008, will discuss issues of working out measures on reducing negative consequences of the global crisis.

During the session, the participants will present a comparative analysis of legislations of CIS participant-states on regulating collective investments, the international practice on preventing manipulations in the market of securities and illegal use of insider information.
