Yerevan /Mediamax/. The Central Bank of Armenia and the International Finance Corporation (IFC) signed a protocol on intentions today, according to which IFC will provide CB consultation services on issues of developing primary and secondary markets of mortgage crediting. As Mediamax was told in the press service of the Central Bank today, IFC consultations aim at establishing legislative, normative and market perquisites for developing mortgage crediting in Armenia. Within the framework of cooperation between the CB and IFC, on April 15-18, a seminar is held, aiming at studying the world practice in the sphere of developing mortgage crediting.
