Yerevan /Mediamax/. HSBC Bank Armenia has fully allocated its corporate bonds in the amount of 1 billion AMD, Mediamax was told in the press service of the bank today. The allocation of bonds was completed through an open subscription process, which commenced on 16 December 2008 and lasted until 10 January 2009 inclusive. Allocation of the bonds was completed on 13 January 2009. The nominal value of one bond is AMD 100,000; the total number of bonds is 10,000; the circulation period is 365 days (with maturity on 13 January 2010), and the coupon interest rate is 9 per cent per annum. The bonds were allocated by HSBC Bank Armenia cjsc.The bonds were bought by 38 investors, including both individuals and legal entities.The bonds will be listed on the NASDAQ OMX Armenia in the next few days. Armswissbank and Cascade Investments will become the market makers for the bonds.On January 30 HSBC Bank Armenia cjsc became the member of the NASDAQ OMX Armenia. Tweet Views 14349
