Yerevan /Mediamax/. “Valetta” CJSC realized the second coupon payment on the second tranche corporate bonds (exchange abbreviation - VALTB2, ISIN - AMVALTB02ER9) on December 27.

As Mediamax was told in the press service of “Armswissbank”, the market-maker of “Valletta” company’s issue, the next coupon payments will be conducted in the course of three days after June 26 and December 28, 2009. The issue repayment term is on December 28, 2009.

The total placement volume of “Valletta” CJSC bonds second tranche makes 500mln AMD, the quantity of bonds – 10 000, nominal value of 1 bond – 50 000 AMD, annual yield – 10.5%, circulation term – 24 months.
