Yerevan /Mediamax/. “South Caucasus Railroad” CJSC (SCR) reduced tariffs for cement export## from Armenia for 30%.

As Mediamax was told in SCR press service today, according to the decision, which came into force today, the tariff for a ton/km was reduced for $5 and made $11.89.

Mediamax notes that, speaking on November 27 at a news conference in Yerevan, “Mika Limited” Holding President Mikhail Baghdasarov stated that the export of Armenian cement to Sochi for Olympic objects’ construction was unprofitable because of increase of tariffs by SCR.

SCR press service also informed on reduction of tariffs for container transportation, refraining at that from publicizing the details of the decision.
