Yerevan /Mediamax/. Starting November 10, 2008, “Ameriabank” CJSC will provide buy and sell prices for nominal coupon bonds of “IMEX Group” LLC (Armex: EMXGB1).

This issue consists of 100,000 bonds with nominal value of AMD 10,000, maturity 24 months, and coupon yield of 11.5%p.a. The mentioned bonds of “IMEX Group” LLC have been listed on the Armenian Stock Exchange (Armex) since October 27, 2008.

In its status of a market maker “Ameriabank” will ensure that investors are always able to buy and sell the bonds of the company on Armex, thus promoting the liquidity of the securities in the secondary market.
