“Today, due to the activity of NASDAQ/OMX in Armenia we see development of capital markets, the companies issue bonds and are getting ready to do initial public offerings. Many of these processes are totally new for the Armenian enterprises. Our consultants are ready to support them in this sphere as well. In this respect, I think it is worth mentioning that our company considers itself an integral part of the society and remains true to implementation of its corporate social responsibility policy. A part of this responsibility is raising the awareness and educating the public. Our company has organized a number of seminars and trainings on the topic of initial public offerings with the sole purpose of raising the awareness of the businessmen and relieving their entrance to that market. Currently our company has initiated and it going to organize the first conference of capital markets in Armenia”, Gagik Gyulbudaghyan stated.
