Yerevan /Mediamax/. Public placement of registered coupon bonds of “UCO Express-Credit” will take place from July 29## up till August 11 inclusively.

As Mediamax was told in the press service of “Armswissbank”, the total volume of placement will make 150mln drams, the principal value of the bonds - 25 thousand drams, annual interest rate – 12%, circulation term – 18 months.

All in all, 6 thousand bonds are planned to be placed, 5 thousand of which - at the total volume of 125mln drams – by means of public subscription, and 1 thousand bonds at the total volume of 25mln drams, will be acquired by “Armswissbank”.
