Attaching importance to the Cyber Security to protect customer’s assets and adhering to the security rules, IDBank launched a campaign to increase customers’ Cyber Security awareness.

For about a month the customers have been answering the most important questions about Cyber Security on the bank's Facebook page, receiving recommendations regarding the safest, in terms of Cyber Security, working methods in each individual case.

“In addition, the bank held a concluding lecture of the Cyber Security campaign for the interested customers, in which students of different universities and other interested people participated.

The lecture was delivered by Armen Kirakosyan - the bank’s Chief Information Security Officer. He introduced the participants with the basic requirements of the Cyber Security, the methods of protection against various forms of phishing and ensuring the security of financial resources.
