Yerevan, July 6 /Mediamax/. Russian “MegaFon” mobile operator is interested in the markets of Armenia, Kirgizia and Uzbekistan. Mediamax reports referring Russian media that the General Director of “MegaFon” Sergey Soldatenkov said this. Analyst of the company iKS-Consulting Maxim Savvatin told RBC Daily that if the Armenian VivaCell mobile operator “is put for sale, it will be expensive” and “MegaFon” will be able to purchase it only together with TeliaSonera – one of the shareholders of “MegaFon”. The Russian MTS Mobile Operator also repeatedly stated its potential interest for the Armenian market.
