Armenian Development Bank will merge with Araratbank and hand over its rights and responsibilities.

This statement is provided on the official website of Armenian Development Bank. The shareholders of Armenian Development Bank made the according decision at the extraordinary meeting on November 25.

“Araratbank OJSC will perform as permitted successor of responsibilities of Armenian Development Bank OJSC from the moment of its reorganization,” the bank noted.
