Yerevan, November 21 /Mediamax/. The growth of Armenia’s GDP in January-October 2006 totaled 13% as compared to the same period last year. As the press service of the National Statistical Service of Armenia told Mediamax today, the GDP volume in January-October 2006 totaled 2031160.9mln drams. The volume of industrial production in the republic in January-October 2006 stood at 523619.6mln drams, having decreased by 0,9% as compared to the same period 2005. The average monthly salary in Armenia in January- October 2006 increased by 22,5% as compared to the same period last year, thus making 61917 drams. The salary of budget organizations has increased by 25,2%, making 43721 drams during the accounting period, and the salary of non-budget organizations stood at 75335 drams (growth - 20%).
