Yerevan, October 27 /Mediamax/. According to the prognosis of the World Bank (WB), in 2008-2009 the Armenian government will not manage to secure a two-digit GDP growth, head of the WB Yerevan Office Roger Robinson stated today.

At the same time, Mediamax reports, Roger Robinson did not rule out the possibility that in the given period Armenia will reach high speed of economic growth. He noted that last year no one presumed to forecast that the GDP growth in Armenia during January-September of 2006 would make 12,5%.
